WILMINGTON WOMEN'S AWARDS FORM These forms are strickly for use by League Secretaries. If you are not the registered secretary of your certified league or tournament, do not submit these forms. Must be submitted to the Women's Association within 20 days of being bowled. These are average based achievement awards. Use previous season's average until a current 12-game average is established. *All awards are issued once per season: multiple achievements will be recorded in the bowler's personal history.
